Foodease

While shopping in Watertower place, I was looking for an options with vegetarian or Vegan choices.  My friends are not vegetarian so we had to find a happy medium and we found a great option.  Foodease is a gourmet food market with a wine tasting bar and some seating.  Here you will find all types of cuisine including Asian, Indian, American, Middle Eastern and Chicago's best items. Foodease has a salad bar, side dish bar and entrée bar, along with market items like bottles of wine and sauces.  There were many wonderful options for vegetarian warm and cold dishes. They also had a few Vegan options.  The way the food bar works is you take a plate or to go container and go through an get your choices; then when you go to check out the plate is weighed. So it can be a little tricking in knowing how much you are going to spend on a meal but it's not going to break the bank.  All four of us had different items and we all commented that we wished there was one of these in Indianapolis to enjoy.  One even mentioned that they would eat there everyday if we had one. For my vegetarian option I had a roasted tomato steak, lemon potatoes and Moroccan roasted carrots, all of which were very good.

While we sat to eat we enjoyed looking at the eclectic offering of market items. Around the room there were sections of items like wine, chocolates, seasonings, sauces and bakery items.
