Located in the diverse Broad Ripple community, this restaurant is quite unique in its own rights. Their tag line is "downhome food goes uptown." The variety of dishes offered certainly make this true. I had the shredded beef sandwich-- sounds simple enough but was quite a treat. Shredded pot roast topped with onion jam and bleu cheese mousse served on a pretzel bun. The chef mastered taking a simple "downhome" sandwich and putting a unique twist to make it unique and "uptown." To go with the sandwich, I decided to try the homemade chips. I was not disappointed but the thick cut, kettle style chips. To add to the experience, the place is brimming with artwork from local artists.
